Three Generations of builders

Peter and Timmy Dartez are brothers who have been in the business of bringing dreams to life for over 25 years for people in the Fredericksburg and Kerrville area. They are homebuilders, commercial contractors and cabinet craftsmen. What began as a small homebuilding business soon expanded into one of Fredericksburg’s most well-respected construction companies.

Aside from building high-end custom homes and renovating houses, they construct and remodel medical offices and small to mid-size commercial buildings. And when they are not constructing new buildings or remodeling homes, these brothers are restoring older buildings along Fredericksburg’s popular Main Street. One project is the Crossroads Saloon and Steakhouse, which was the renovation and addition to a historic building on West Main. They also renovated the famous Fredericksburg Brewing Company – a magnificent building that successfully blends history with fine craftsmanship.

In 2000, Peter and Timmy purchased Fredericksburg Custom Cabinets to complement their construction business. The high-quality cabinet designs are a good indication of their perfection in craftsmanship.

In addition to the brothers, their father, and Peter’s son Bradley, have worked in the business, and Timmy’s daughter Tiffany also works with the company as office manager. This makes Dartez Construction more than just a business, it is a family endeavor that has long since established itself as a dependable leader in the industry.
