“…I walked off the street, and into your office, and announced that I wanted Dartez Bros. Construction to build a house for me. You didn’t know me from Adam, but you very graciously welcomed me into your office, and listened respectfully as I told you my desire for converting a 100+ year old Fredericksburg farmhouse into a dream home for my son and his fiancé. Then I showed you my crude design, which was essentially the sketch of a house plan composed on a napkin, so to speak. You could have laughed in my face…you could have escorted me to the front door…you could have graciously declined my request…or all of the above. But, instead, you agreed to tackle the unique project.

Nine months later, my dream is a reality. Thanks to you, Timmy, Bradley, and the entire Dartez crew who worked tirelessly on my behalf, the rough sketch has been transformed into a beautiful home.
